Everyone was a mortgage brokers,even truck drivers. How come everyone isnt a millionaire?? I thought that everyone in the US is going to become a millionaire with real estate! That is why the mortgage idustry is in dyer straits!(under statement of the century! Think about it…If everyone was a millionaire. How much would a loaf of bread cost?

I made about 400k in real estate investments while “using” techniques discussed in the the Sheets program, and I purchased it used on Ebay for about $20.00. Don’t purchase this new -get it used and stay away from duplex”s and apartments. The money is in single family houses and mobile homes!

People have to do their due diligence regardless of what real estate program it is. Every state is different as far real estate laws. I know others who have used Carlton Sheets materials and have been successful in real estate. So, it just depends.
